Dr. Ann Veu’s career in education spans over 20 years, from her foundations in the classroom to a decade spent training teachers and school leaders at the site, district and county level.
Throughout this journey, she saw a recurring theme: brilliant educators struggling to show up as their best selves due to systemic burnout. She realized that professional development alone wasn't enough; restoring professional capacity requires a deeper level of nervous system regulation.
Today, we partner with schools and organizations to evaluate organizational readiness and strengthen teacher collaboration. By integrating trauma-informed leadership with restorative wellness, we help adults recenter, recover, and lead with wholeness.
